Our Facilities
Main Hall
This large timber-floored space includes a stage, controlled lighting and a PA system, with AC and heating throughout the hall. A generous, welcoming foyer opens from the street with multiple access doors. Rear access for venue setup is available from the rear car park, and the kitchen can be used for catering, tea and coffee.
Mechanics Institute Hall
Part of the Heritage-listed section of the Centre, with wooden floors, a high ceiling and excellent acoustics. It features a large serving hatch to the kitchen and has AC and heating.
Meeting Room
Ideal for meetings, yoga classes or small community group events, with a small kitchenette attached.
Kitchen
An add-on option for Main Hall and Mechanics Hall hires. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the Mechanics Hall and access across to the Main Hall and foyer areas. Facilities include freezers and fridges, ovens and cooktops, coffee and tea facilities, crockery, glasses and cutlery, washing and cleaning facilities, and a large central preparation bench.
Whole Centre
Hire the whole venue for larger events and occasions, including the Main Hall, the Heritage-listed Mechanics Institute Hall, the Meeting Room and the kitchen.
